I love this store, I really do but for the love of everything can you fix this app please? It doesn't matter if I use it connected to my high speed home Internet, phone data, 2 different android phones, iPad, laptop.... This is the slowest moving app I've ever had to deal with. I never understood why places push us to use their app so much but the dang thing don't work most of the time. It makes me want to pull my hair out if I haven't fallen asleep using it. Why is it incredibly slow?

You're better off not having the app so you can do your shopping on their website. Otherwise, when you try to do something online, it launches the app...which promptly begins the perpetual spinning/loading pages and renders you stuck, forcing you to go online from your PC instead. As a rancher who is at the store 2-3 times a week at least, it is very frustrating.

I've been using this app for a couple of years to order items for curbside pickup, thinking it would save me time and aggravation. It works fine for shopping, placing an order, and of course, for payment. However, when the notification arrives that the order is ready for pickup, you go to the order and two buttons appear, "ON MY WAY" and "I'M HERE". They NEVER work and the company has never done a thing to fix it, so you have to phone them that you've arrived!
