I love Cinemark, but the app is not good. Sometimes I can't even open the app. If you select tickets and add them to your cart, but then click out when they ask if you want to reserve food, then it doesn't let you buy the tickets, you have to wait a while before it releases the hold on the seats, and it doesn't have a 'cart' that you can go back to to purchase just the tickets.

the reward points expire way too soon. I lost over 300 points in the last month. The only notification i got was for 30 points expiring soon, which they did, and then I lost over 100 points on the first last month and this month. The app is also saving very specific payment cards, some of which aren't even my own. and I can't delete them. It's time to go to a different theater.

App has been horrible lately. I am a platinum member so I go to cinemark a lot and I always have issues with getting tickets online. It will get stuck when trying to add snacks or at the very end. Then when I close the app and reopen it it'll show that the seats I picked are taken so I have to wait a while before they show available again only to have my order get stuck again. I usually end up having to go to the cinemark website but that is also difficult as it redirects me to the app.
