This app is woefully deficient. It drains your phone while you ride. In 90 minutes of bicycling, it took the charge level on my NEW Galaxy S10 from 70% to 40%. And what information do you get while riding? Speed, distance and time. The display also shows calories burned, but this is woefully off. I know I didn't burn 1570 calories on an easy 16 mile ride on flat ground. My Polar Pacer heart rat monitor calculated 450 calories. Speaking of the heart monitor, there's no interface for one in the app. So you need yet another device. Cannondale makes fine bicycles, but they have NO documentation for their newer models with the Garmin Speed Sensor. Also none for the bike, and none for the App itself. And for what it's worth, I'm not even sure the mileage is accurate. Compared to my car's odometer, the bike says I covered 2.1 miles vs 2.0 on the car. My other bicycle, on which I have dialed in a Cat-Eye bicycle computer perfectly (and verified on measured course, agrees with my car's odometer. You DO get a Google map of the course you rode - AFTER THE FACT, and IF you know where in the app to look. This is a horribly implemented app. I gave it a try because I wanted to spare myself the cost of another bike computer and sensors, especially when my Neo X 1 comes equipped with the Garmin Speed Sensor. Alas, I'll be spending more money elsewhere. The good news, and the only reason I didn't give this a 1 star review, is that the app is free. Look elsewhere.

Love the possibility and potential of what the app has to offer, but if I can't enter my weight and height, it won't calculate my calories accurately. I did a ride and it said I burn over 1k calories in less than an hour - not possible. Also, my account keeps saying I'm a dealer ... I'm not. I also had issues creating an account , it seems it created one for me as a dealer. I feel these issues are fixable and could make the app a 5 star.

This app has been a continual problem since I purchased my Treadwell. Lately I can't even use it because it keeps dropping the connection to the sensor mid-ride. And if I stop to wait for a traffic light the whole ride to that point is lost. Don't know why you put they fancy dashboard in the app. It's pointless. Now it says the serial number of my bike is no good. I can pair the sensor but it can't attach to the bike. I've gone thru all the usual remedies. Going back to Map My Ride.
