This is THE WORST program I've ever encountered. Zero customer service. No local representatives. They have promised us a phone number then told us, after updating all of our business documents, that they don't have it. AT&T is not affiliated with this program and is zero help. BUSINESSES BEWARE because IT IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Completely Inadequate, Yet; required!? Must be the cheapest option for corporate greed since it is constantly bumping you off or mic and camera are impossible to initiate! As well, it stores previous/Expired meeting ID's instead of generating or carrying the current ID over from email link. Zoom was 60/40, this is 20/80! But, what do you expect from a company like AT&T other than complete maximization of deriving profit from us... the mere commodities!?

Unable to log in. I never even get to make it to the sign on page where I can enter my credentials. The sign in button keeps repeating the same message: "Sign in failed. We are having trouble signing you in. Try again later. If you need help, contact our customer support." You then get two buttons: Close or Contact Support. Contact Support just takes you to their useless page of support articles. What a piece of junk app. The whole experience, from desktop to mobile app, is severely lacking.
